The Vermont Sustainable Jobs Fund is a nonprofit organization that nurtures the economic prosperity, ecological health, and social connectivity of people, businesses, organizations and communities in Vermont for the benefit and well-being of all who live here.

VSJF is hiring its first Operations & Human Resources Manager whose core responsibilities span the functional areas of human resources and organizational development, operations, administration, and special projects management. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of nonprofit and/or for-profit experience, and at least 5 years in a senior management role.

This is an exempt, full-time position, reporting to the Executive Director. Salary will be commensurate with experience and available funding, within the range of $70,000-$75,000/year. Employee health and dental insurance, paid holidays and combined time off, plus up to 3% SIMPLE IRA retirement contribution. This is a combined office and remote work position.
