We currently have an opening for an Office Manager in our South Burlington, VT office.  If you are a positive, flexible, team player who enjoys variety and helping others, we have a great growth opportunity we’d like to talk to you about.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

 Actively ensure the smooth running of our Admin Dept. and the general office on a daily basis, providing excellent customer service to all staff and clients with shared coverage of incoming phone calls and greeting of visitors.

Provide all levels of Administrative support including but not limited to:

Serve as an in-house resource on Word

Format, type and proofread general and technical documents.

Tracking, processing and filing of paperwork.

Oversee Administrative Assistant, providing both guidance and backup when needed.

Coordination of supplies, office lunches, furniture and equipment needs for offices in multiple states.

Coordination of office facility needs and company events.

Support HR Generalist with various aspects of HR. Opportunities for growth and additional responsibilities in the HR field over time.


Friendly, flexible and organized with an upbeat “can-do” attitude and a collaborative approach to problem solving.

Able to multi-task and work successfully while managing constant interruptions.

Solid Word and Excel skills – and a willingness to learn more

Strong typing and formatting skills.

Excellent attention to detail

Ability to work well with many different types of individuals.

A self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Education and Experience:

5 years of office experience including some supervisory experience

Bachelors’ degree in Business, HR or the Social Sciences
