If you are an innovative, analytical, and digital marketing enthusiast who is capable of more than “just your average SEM job,” this role could be for you. Your day involves implementation of a variety of Digital Marketing practices including paid search, display advertising, remarketing, ecommerce media buying, social media, and search engine optimization. Our ideal candidate will have a willingness to learn and thrive in an agile environment.


  • Develop Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Campaigns to drive relevant traffic to appropriate pages on
  • Research and develop keyword sets for each new product
  • Write and design compelling text and image ads
  • Maintain and monitor keyword bids, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, conversions, quality score, and other important account metrics
  • Monitor and analyze account performance in search, display, remarketing, and video campaigns
  • Work closely with E-Commerce Team and Engineering Teams to enhance product landing pages
  • Identify and implement strategies for increasing relevant organic site traffic
  • Write blog posts to support Instrumart’s custom content creation strategy
  • Contribute content to Instrumart’s social media calendar for Facebook, Twitter, Linked In, and Youtube


  1. Solid understanding of performance marketing and online customer acquisition
  2. Knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking strategies
  3. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle competing priorities
  4. Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
  5. Strong written communication skills
  6. Exceptional quantitative skills and aptitude including advanced Excel skills
  7. High levels of self-motivation and personal initiative


  1. 2-5 years experience in SEM and SEO strategies
  2. Experience with Google Adwords, Google Analytics, and Keyword Planner Tool
  3. Proficiency in managing moderate to large scale PPC accounts
  4. Proficiency in MS Excel


  1. Google Adwords certification (Search, Display, Video, and/or Shopping)
  2. Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as internally developed tracking and reporting tools
  3. Knowledge of Moz Research Tools, Google Shopping/Merchant Center, Facebook & Linked In for Business
  4. Experience working in an open office environment

The starting salary for this position is $52,000 – $62,000, commensurate with experience.
