The Marketing Brand Manager will report to the Marketing Director and is responsible for the development and implementation of the Lawson’s Finest Liquids brand strategy.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support Marketing Department leadership to develop, recommend, and execute the company’s marketing strategy
  • Develop and implement a brand plan for sustainable growth while assisting with the budget and strategy for the current fiscal year
  • Create and deliver Lawson’s Finest Liquids’ brand strategy for various platforms, ensuring consistency of brand voice
  • Manage company social media accounts, website, and general digital presence in coordination with the Marketing Communications Specialist
  • Develop and implement communication plans designed to champion the brand, capitalize on market opportunities, drive sales, and engage the Lawson’s Finest fanbase
  • Effectively reflect the company’s mission, vision, and values through storytelling and branding objectives
  • Manage the creation of all marketing and sales support tools, in partnership with the Sales Team and Creative Designer, including customer facing point-of-sale materials
  • Create, maintain, and report on a monthly KPI dashboard reflecting company influence (community engagement, likes, impressions, PR coverage, etc.)
  • Possess a keen capacity to analyze data, glean insights, and make intuitive, substantiated recommendations
  • Monitor market trends while researching consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify key opportunities
  • Partner with the Sales Director to execute successful brand launches, creating any materials necessary to support company initiatives
  • Manage the new product design lifecycle – from creative, to prototypes, to finished product and brand registration
  • Work with the Leadership Team to spearhead the creative packaging process for the brand
  • Support the brand at events, promotional activities, and sales meetings as needed
  • Supervise Marketing Intern while preparing for future team growth and supervision responsibilities


  • Extensive knowledge of marketing consumer goods using traditional, social, and digital media platforms and methods
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical aptitude
  • Thorough understanding of Lawson’s Finest Liquids mission, vision, and values
  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing (3+ years of Brand Marketing experience preferred)
  • Experience in a supervisory role (preferred)
  • Experience working in the craft beer industry (preferred)


This is a full-time position and starting salary will be commensurate with experience. Benefits include paid time-off, paid holidays, profit sharing, and company medical, dental, and 401k plans among others.
