Role Description:

We are looking for a candidate that has 4-6 years experience in marketing automation. We are looking for a marketing expert that is passionate about driving pipeline, someone who embraces the psychology of subject lines, compelling content and irresistible calls to action. The right candidate can write a killer email and has the tech savvy to manage our MAP. Are you a visionary that can look at all marketing and sales activities and bring ideas to the table? What You’ll Do:

  • Strategically design marketing automation programs and tactics to deliver highly qualified leads to the sales team.
  • Write subject lines that drive open rates. Write copy that captivates. Write calls to action to activate your audience.
  • Build and manage templates for use by Marketing and Sales.
  • Build nurture strategies that keep contacts engaged and coming back for more.
  • Build a lead scoring model that keeps the pipeline clear of friction and leads flowing.
  • Build tracking protocols so all stakeholders are following tracking requirements so you can build actionable dashboards for different audiences internally.
  • Stay on top of industry knowledge, best practices and trends as it pertains to marketing automation systems and strategies.
  • Provide technical guidance, program support and troubleshooting, best practices and training to MAP users.
  • Maintain a solid integration between Marketing and Sales tech stacks so data is moving through systems with integrity.
  • Optimize our marketing automation strategy and roadmap by applying best practices to our lead-to-opportunity funnel automation processes, scoring methodology, marketing programs, engagement streams and workflows.
  • Responsible for end-to-end lead flow issue diagnosis, resolution and escalation as needed.
  • Support list upload process, including data standardization, formatting, scrubbing and de-duping.

What You Bring To The Role

  • 2+ years Marketing automation experience.
  • A desire to expand and grow in your field and your career.
  • Strong data-driven analysis skills
  • Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously, adjust to multiple demands and meet deadlines.
  • Must be familiar with or able to quickly learn a variety of business application systems.
  • Understanding of MAPs and flexibility to work within existing and possible future platforms.
  • Strong understanding of modern martech capabilities and integrations. 
  • Strong project management capabilities, including the ability to accurately specify project timeframes, dependencies and risk factors.
  • When asked to think outside the box, you question the existence of said box.
