The Burlington, Vermont law firm of Paul Frank + Collins seeks a legal administrative assistant to provide full-time support to our Litigation and Insurance Practice professionals. We require a candidate who is highly motivated, organized, proactive, and tech-savvy. A variety of duties are involved ranging from making international travel arrangements, organizing complex electronic case files, and proofreading and editing legal and insurance documents. The position requires effective writing capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task while maintaining high standards of work quality.

An associate’s degree or higher level of education is preferred. Applicants with or without a degree who possess relevant legal/litigation, insurance, or other administrative support work experience are encouraged to apply.
