We are seeking a team contributor to help us strengthen Vermont communities and the health of our land. You will bring a strong eye for detail, flexible approach, and clear communications style to help maintain and manage land we own. A background in real estate transactions or property management is a plus.  

Core areas of responsibility include: 

• Providing administrative support across the portfolio of lands we own  
• Maintaining processes, documentation, and tools to support effective land management 
• Supporting teammates in managing programs, grants, and other initiatives to strengthen ties between people and place 

We offer an annual starting salary of $52,200 with a generous compensation package and work environment that values communication, innovation, learning, and growth.
