Inclusive Hiring Program Manager | Full Time

Vermont Works for Women seeks an Inclusive Hiring Program Manager to develop a pilot program for re-entry employment services and inclusive hiring pathways with wraparound supports for women reintegrating into the community from incarceration. The manager will develop and design program services for women transitioning to employment from incarceration and supervise direct support staff. The position will oversee supported housing in the Middlebury area and will be the liaison between VWW clients and inclusive hiring employers. They will also interact closely with Department of Corrections staff, probation and parole, and community partners. As the pilot grows, the manager will also build relationships with employers across Vermont, providing ongoing support, training, and guidance based on best practices for inclusive and open hiring.
This is a new project with a pilot phase starting in Middlebury in the first year and schedule will require weekly on-site work in Middlebury, as well as from the VWW office and other locations in the state. This is a grant-funded position through September 30, 2025. This full-time position pays $27.27/hour and comes with a comprehensive benefits package.
