Help Desk Technician | Full Time

Use your strong computer skills, knowledge of IT systems, networks, mobile devices and software to support Champlain Housing Trust’s programs and services, and make a difference in our community. You will be responsible for resolving assigned help desk requests in a friendly, professional, timely and efficient manner, and providing general administrative support to the IT department.
The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience working in a professional environment using MS Office 2013 and 2016, Adobe Acrobat, Windows 10, Windows 7, Server 2012 R2, Exchange, Citrix, LANS, WANS, WLANS, VPN’s, iOS, Android, and VOIP technology, a college degree in Computer Systems, Networking, or similar field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A positive attitude, excellent people skills, valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
