Guest Services Specialist- Full Time | Full Time

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional for a Full-time position to oversee a wide range of essential guest services. The main responsibilities will include managing fulfillment, providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, fostering brand loyalty, and providing support to the team. Organization and attention to detail are crucial qualities for this role.


– Handle inbound and outbound calls promptly and efficiently.

– Maintain regular follow-up with prospects and existing customers.

– Understand customer needs, address inquiries, conduct research, and offer appropriate solutions or alternatives.

– Cultivate lasting relationships with customers by going the extra mile.

– Learn, utilize and navigate our proprietary reservation system proficiently.

– Assist the marketing team with customer related deliverables

– Coordinate post-tour surveys, manage tour photo repository and gather customer feedback in collaboration with the tour management team.


– Strong organizational and time management skills, demonstrating a proactive approach

– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Space

– Adobe Creative Suite skill would be nice to have but not required

– Excellent written and oral communication skills

– Exceptional customer service skills

– Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment

– Track record of taking ownership of projects from start to finish

– Proficient computer skills with a quick ability to learn new systems

– Have a passion and interest in travel, especially in active travel

– Outdoor Enthusiast (bonus but not a requirement)


– College Degree
