Job Summary: The Grossman School of Business (GSB) is seeking a Graduate Programs Support Generalist to provide administrative and operational support to the Grossman School of Business (GSB) graduate programs. The person in this position will assist in coordinating, implementing, and evaluating operational and administrative procedures, and ensure adherence to University policies. Operationally support program administration, data administration and analysis, event coordination, promotional and student recruitment activities. Proactively seek opportunities and address potential challenges to the achievement of programs’ objectives and goals.

Minimum Qualifications: Associate’s degree and one to three years of related experience in academic program administration, event planning or related field required. Effective interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills required. Organizational, time management, and analytical skills required. General computer and technology literacy, with proficient skills in word processing (including formatting, editing, and proofreading), spreadsheet manipulation, database management, and internet searching skills required.
