Job Summary: The Grossman School of Business (GSB) is seeking a Graduate Programs Director oversee administrative and operational aspects of the graduate programs within the school, including the Sustainable Innovation MBA (SI-MBA) and Master of Accountancy (MAcc) programs in coordination with the Academic Directors. Coordinate and provide operational oversight of recruitment, retention and delivery of academic services. Oversee the development and implementation of operational and administrative procedures and systems, ensure the execution of program marketing, branding and recruitment strategies. Manage stakeholder relationships and partnerships, oversee educational events and workshops, oversee development and execution of career planning for graduate students, and manage program operating budgets. Participate in development and management of growth strategies to enhance and strengthen student, faculty and alumni relations in support of the Grossman School of Business strategic goals and initiatives particularly sustainable business principles.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a business field and five years’ experience required. Proficiency in spreadsheet, database, and word-processing applications required. Effective written and oral communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills required.

Desirable Qualifications: Demonstrated administrative and operational management skills required.
