Job Summary: The Grossman School of Business Program and Events Coordinator is responsible for the planning, design, and strategic development of the school’s event services. This position is responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and hospitality to all students, employees, and guests of the Grossman School of Business. The Events Coordinator will collaborate with the Executive Assistant on Dean’s Office events and with the Graduate Programs Director and Coordinator on grad events and activities. This is a 12-month 1.0 FTE non-exempt position and is a member of the Staff United bargaining unit.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in related field and two years’ hospitality or event planning experience required.

Desirable Qualifications: Graphic design experience and/or familiarity with design software. Knowledge of UVM programs and systems including Event Management Software (EMS).
