Director of Operations | Full Time

Salvation Farms’ Director of Operations is responsible for managing and improving the efficiency of the organization’s internal operations. Duties include managing administrative staff, guiding administrative operations, analyzing financial data, building and monitoring budgets, improving informational systems, overseeing human resource requirements, and developing operating procedures and policies. This position will support Salvation Farms in becoming more professionalized and sustainable through harmonizing business operations, improving employee performance, and building a thriving organizational culture. The Director of Operations will be a key participant in Salvation Farms’ leadership team and the work of this team. Direct reports include a full-time, hourly Community Relations Coordinator and part-time Bookkeeper.
