Data Management/Software Content Maintenance (55%):
• Compare third party ESG surveys/questions/requested data (quantitative and qualitative) with existing content in OneReport to identify commonalities and changes
• Using a custom administrative interface, update, edit, and build data input forms for our clients based on data requested by third-party ESG frameworks and ratings organizations
• Plan and track work in Excel
• Identify and map interrelationships among third-party ESG frameworks/ratings, metrics, and OneReport
• Identify errors or inconsistencies in data request content, structure or mapping (quality control)
• Accurately record and track your work
• Assist in setting up data for export
• Offer project and process improvement input

Operations, Marketing, and Technical Support (15%):
• Assist in maintaining our contact management database, using available resources to identify and update information on prospective companies, including their corporate responsibility reporting, and contacts
• Assist with marketing communications and email communications tools
• Provide occasional maintenance and technical support of office equipment and infrastructure
• Gain understanding of, support, and implement evolving security protocols
• Provide general administrative or project support where needed

Software Testing and Support (15%):
• Perform application usability testing and communicate results into JIRA, our issue and project tracker
• Report any internally identified or client reported software bugs following proper reporting procedures
• Help develop, improve, and maintain testing templates and standardize procedures
• Assist with creating and updating help documentation for client support and training

Client Support (15%):
• Provide data support services, including data input for new clients, data exports or transfers for clients
• Perform data quality checks
• Provide phone and email support (re-enable users, answer help calls, troubleshoot issues)


  • Position: Full time non-exempt hourly 37.5/week
