Vermont Awards and Engraving is a woman-owned, open & affirming, award-winning company in Colchester. We are looking for a person to round out our small team.

Known for our outstanding customer service – most of our work is repeat business from long term customers – we need someone committed to developing customer relationships by helping those customers feel cared for and important and the recipients of their purchases feel recognized. (Our motto: Recognition is Respect Made Visible sums it up nicely)

We make beautiful awards of all sorts, signs and trophies. There is a lot to learn, given the variety, but we are a friendly group that expects to train and are happy to help. Our goal is to have customers delighted with our service and products and to have fun along the way.

This position will be in-house Monday – Thursday from 9-5, (no evenings or weekends) and hours more flexible on Friday. Benefits include: Starting pay $15/hour or more + Health, vision and dental insurance, 1 week vacation after 6 months, 2 weeks after 1 year, numerous additional paid days off (minimum 15), products at cost, use of machines for personal projects (after hours) SIMPLE IRA plan that the company matches 3% and, of course, the dogs.
