Vermont-based sales professional with 3-5 years experience and a passion for the environment, climate change mitigation, sustainability, and recycling. Food industry experience is a plus. Proven ability to source prospects and close sales, develop pricing strategies, and excellent written and verbal skills are necessary.
The Customer Acquisition Representative is responsible for sourcing potential food and beverage feedstock provider partners and contracting them to provide waste for Vanguard Renewables’ farm-based anaerobic digesters. Demonstrated success in developing and retaining relationships with sales targets and customers from the plant operations level to the C-suite is critical. An entrepreneurial work style with excellent organizational and presentation skills and knowledge of Salesforce CRM is important. Growth and success are measured by performance against established quotas, and compensation and growth are merit-based.
