REMOTE WORK: Blue Cross has transitioned to a hybrid workplace where employees within driving distance of our Berlin, VT office work Wednesdays in the office with flexibility to work remotely the rest of the week.

 Clinical Informaticist, Integrated Health Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for work on the development and continuous improvement of the Integrated Health department’s processes and systems that support case management practice, service quality, clinical training, and operations
  • Serve as a trusted advisor across departments and a bridge between clinicians and clinical information systems
  • Handle multiple aspects of the data flow and analyses required to manage and grow the department’s programs
  • Assist in building the department’s capacity to improve member health and demonstrate the value of its integrated medical-behavioral health approach to case management
  • Serve as the departmental interface and advocate for the ongoing development of the team’s case management system and other IT/digital transformation projects
  • Using multiple sources of data, create reports and synthesize information for multiple internal and external audiences regarding operations, quality, member engagement, and outcomes for all Integrated Health programs
