Are you looking for a unique position, working within a strong team, to support participants as they reintegrate into their community?
The Barre Community Justice Center is seeking a Circles of Support and Accountability (COSA) Coordinator. This position is responsible for oversight of participants and volunteers, supporting high-risk high-need offenders who have been released from prison to successfully re-enter the community through a restorative team approach. The Coordinator facilitates COSA meetings, which include the participant and a team of volunteers and supports our Transitional Housing program.
Education, Training and Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in combination of college education and experience.
Knowledge of and experience with facilitation, restorative justice, dynamics of offending, corrections system, criminal justice system, theory of change, and/or social work.
Experience with volunteerism (served as a volunteer, recruiting or managing volunteers, etc.)
