Are you a person who loves to keep track of the details? Are you fascinated by “the numbers”? Do you love to solve problems? If so, we are adding a Chargeback Specialist to our payment processing team.

We make software to help our users save time and money by e-mailing bills and offering convenient online payment options.  Unfortunately, that sometimes means that we receive chargebacks on behalf of our clients who have had a transaction reversed by a cardholder.

A typical day in the life of a Chargeback Specialist includes receiving chargebacks, communicating with our end users and their customers by phone and email, collecting data, accurately documenting all aspects of the chargeback process, and navigating multiple systems to maintain accurate dispute resolution reporting.

We are looking for:

• Ability to provide prompt, accurate and courteous customer service.
• Excellent math and bookkeeping skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• The ability to analyze data and present the facts.
• Prior experience in chargebacks, banking or financial services preferred.

Most of all, must work and play well with others.

Pay rate starting at $20.00/hour.  Hours are full-time, Monday-Friday.
