The Business Manager will be responsible for a combination of bookkeeping, contracts management, and human resources support tasks. The Business Manager should have financial skills and experience, accounting knowledge, familiarity with financial software applications, and an active commitment to the values of the organization. The Business Manager will also be involved in a range of strategic planning and internal initiatives with the rest of the VSJF staff. This is a non-exempt, part-time (20-24 hours/week), permanent position, reporting to the Finance Director.
Salary will be commensurate with experience and available funding. Contribution towards employee health and dental insurance, paid time off, plus up to 3% SIMPLE IRA retirement contribution. This position will be a combination of remote and in-office work.
