Position Overview:

We are currently looking for a Brand Manager to be a passionate steward, advocate, and gatekeeper for the Bee’s Wrap brand. This role will focus on developing the brands’ creative strategy, and messaging, working closely with Bee’s Wrap agencies to bring that strategy to life with compelling, brand-building and usage-driving advertising and other forms of communication (including web, mobile and in-store). PR responsibilities will include both offline (traditional with agency partner) and online (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Blogs) vehicles.

The successful candidate will be able to dive right into Bee’s Wrap’s current new product agenda and work closely with leadership to help develop and qualify new products and continually uncover and identify new marketplace and consumer trends, enabling the company to set the pace for “what comes next” from a category standpoint. Working closely with Sales, Online Marketing, and Outside Sales specialists, to help guide development of an annual consumer and trade promotion plan, designed to deliver against both brand and product Marketing objectives.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field

Experience: 5 or more years of Brand Strategy and Communications experience, preferably in a growing business
