At AdaptivaHR, we put mental health support within easy reach. From day-to-day stressors to clinical needs, our team assists hundreds of people who may not be able to access help otherwise. AdaptivaHR offers a personal, local, holistic EAP benefit. When an employee contacts us, they do not have to go through a third party or lengthy intake process before scheduling an appointment with a counselor. Our team provides all the support and we don’t limit the number of sessions available. We look forward to supporting you and your employees.

Income Advance Program

Rhino Foods’ Income Advance Program was developed in response to requests from employees for “loans”. While payroll advances addressed the immediate need it did nothing to address the root problem and was difficult to administer in a fair and consistent way. Rhino was dedicated to finding a solution and the Income Advance Program was born.

Invest EAP

Invest EAP is a Vermont-based public and private non-profit collaborative that has offered comprehensive Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services since 1986. Our EAP provides short-term counseling and referral, management consultation, wellness workshops and resource information.
