Learn about or refresh your knowledge of the Vermont Origin Rule and it’s application to product marketing claims about Vermont, including “Made in Vermont” or with Vermont ingredients, as well as the Local Food Rule passed in 2020 with compliance required January 1, 2021.

Join VBSR, Dunkiel Saunders, and Vermont Family Farms as we dive into the weeds of this important topic. Vic Westgate and Zoë Sajor of Dunkiel Saunders will walk through these rules, explain how they apply to Vermont companies and products, and offer some pointers for maintaining compliance as your company evolves. Mark Curran of Vermont Family Farms will offer a firsthand perspective of how these rules have evolved over time and the benefits and limitations of these rules on Vermont’s business community.

This webinar is a great fit for anyone who is involved in marketing for Vermont/locally made goods/food products, as well as anyone who is displaying these goods.

The webinar will take place virtually, and the details to join the webinar will be sent via email to all who register, in advance of the event. Closed captioning via live transcription will be available during this webinar.
