COVID-19 has changed the ways we work and amplified the importance of programs and systems to support to employees. Join VBSR, Rhino Foods, and the Working Bridges programs of Green Mountain United Way and United Way of Northwest Vermont, as we discuss the challenges and needs of Vermont’s workforce and explore innovative initiatives like Income Advance Loan Programs that employers can implement to help strengthen the financial stability and success of employees.

In this webinar, you’ll hear about ways to support your workforce in challenging times and for longterm sustainability as well as strategies to address challenges faced by the Vermont workforce at businesses large and small, rural and non-rural.
