All businesses are struggling with challenges associated with COVID, and now more than ever, business success relies on the physical and mental wellbeing of employees and their families. Join VBSR, the Alchemist, and ReArch Company, as we reflect on and explore strategies to keep employees healthy and supported through COVID-19 and into the future.

The Alchemist will discuss supporting working families, promoting and supporting physical and mental wellbeing, assessing and implementing health insurance plans based on employee needs, and the important role that our employees with disabilities play in maintaining a positive work environment (and a strong bottom line), especially during COVID.

ReArch Company will discuss how to build a Wellness Program and sustain the program during COVID, learn suggestions for successes, how to get employees involved whether they are remote or back in the working environment with others and the importance of keeping Wellness in the forefront during these challenging times.

After hearing from our presenters we’ll leave ample time for Q&A and discussion, inviting workshop participants to share their experiences and challenges with keeping their teams healthy and feeling supported throughout COVID and beyond.

Registration for this workshop is free for VBSR members and $20 for non-members to attend. The workshop will take place virtually, and the details to join the workshop will be sent via email to all who register, in advance of the event.
