This workshop will be offered on two dates – each workshop will be limited to 50 participants:


Join VBSR and Outright Vermont for an interactive workshop will help employees and managers at all levels to increase fluency with LGBTQ+ inclusive concepts, terminology, and practices. Participants will learn and practice approaches for making work environments affirming and supportive for people of all genders and sexual identities. Participants will identify specific opportunities for and challenges to inclusivity. Participants will leave with broader knowledge of LGBTQ+ topics, methods for recognizing gaps in inclusivity, and ideas for how to apply affirming practices to fill those gaps.


This workshop will take place virtually and is open to VBSR members and non-members alike. The workshop will take place virtually, and the details to join the workshop will be sent via email to all who register, in advance of the event.
