Vermont Compost Company was founded in 1992 by Karl Hammer, an organic vegetable grower in Vershire, Vermont who understood the need for high quality composts and living soil mixes for certified organic production. Vermont Compost has grown from a small family farm operation to one that supplies premium soils to hundreds of successful professional organic growers all over the country. Vermont Compost produces composts, potting soils and eggs year-round and currently employs twenty people, a couple hundred chickens and a half dozen equines.

If the only person you can change is yourself (which is true), how do you change the culture of your organization? How can you get your organization to take new actions? The answer is to get buy-in from the people who have to do the hard lift. Led by Jason Lorber, Aplomb Consulting facilitates change — strategic plans, executive coaching, team building, and communications. Let us help you empower your team.
