Beginning as a partnership between a beekeeper and a distiller, Caledonia Spirits distillery uses raw northern honey to capture the countless botanicals foraged by honey bees buzzing through fields of wildflowers in their award winning Barr Hill Gin, barrel aged Tom Cat Gin, and Barr Hill Vodka. Visit their new distillery and bar overlooking the Winooski River on Gin Lane in downtown Montpelier for a cocktail, free spirits tasting, and distillery tour.
