Join us for an evening of networking and education! VBSR members and friends are invited to a Networking Get-Together co-hosted by ECHO and Sugarsnap. Free for members, $20 for non-members to attend. Hors d’oeuvres provided by our generous host. Attendance is limited and will be first come, first served.

Sugarsnap LogoSugarsnap has been a VBSR member since opening 15 years ago. They have our own farm in Burlington’s Intervale and provide drop off and full service catering throughout the area. Sugarsnap’s home base, however, is ECHO where they are the exclusive caterer. Sugarsnap and ECHO have partnered to create site where you can host outstanding and memorable events, support a local nonprofit and company and have the same convenience as an in-house banquet facility.

Esc4pe LogoEsc4pe is live action puzzle game, also know as an escape room. Each mission presents you and your group with a goal you must complete within the one hour time limit. In order to complete your mission, you and your team will need to work together to solve a series of puzzles that will test your observation, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Esc4pe has 3 different games that can accommodate up to 10 players each. The Esc4pe facility can accommodate groups up to 35 people.

LGK LogoLet’s Grow Kids is a statewide campaign about the need for more high-quality, affordable child care in Vermont to better support our children, families, communities and economy. More than 70% of Vermont children under age 6 have all of their parents in the labor force, meaning they’re likely to need care. Yet nearly half of those infants and toddlers don’t have access to any regulated care, and nearly 80% don’t have access to high-quality programs. Their goal at Let’s Grow Kids is to gain public support for increased, sustainable investment that gives each child the chance to reach their full potential.
