Starting to think about ownership succession for your business? This FREE seminar offers the opportunity to learn about the possibility of selling to the employees!

Presented by the Vermont Employee Ownership Center and the Cooperative Fund of New England, attendees will get an overview of the two most common forms of broad-based employee ownership used for ownership succession: Employee Stock Ownership Plans and Worker Cooperatives. The session will also include a discussion of the process by which a sale to employees commonly occurs, with a focus on making financing work for employee groups of modest means.
