Likely, you’ve been stretched farther than you imagined by the constraints of the current realities with the pandemic, the ever-changing work space needs and shiftings, and crisis after crisis. In this workshop, you will explore reflective personal development practices for continuing to become the leader you want to be (as defined by you). We’re providing the practices, the guiding questions, the reframes for how to think about making change, and compassion. You’ll get tools and opportunities for understanding just this and how to make change and grow.
