‘ Just Ask -Over Dinner Series’.

We are Rooting Down. Rooting Down takes At the Root’s programming and shifts the gathering to an online platform, to continue to provide community engagement while staying home and staying safe.

This dinner series is for small business owners who want to understand themselves, their business, and their community more deeply through the ​lens of race and racial inequity.

You will be required to sign up for all three dinners in the series.

“Just Ask – A frank discussion on racial equity within the small business community” will be a facilitated dinner conversation in three ‘courses’.

Led by facilitator *Tanaisha Coleman of TC Consulting, and co-facilitated by jen berger. This is not a workshop, but we will do some exercises. Be prepared to do some reflective writing. 

Bring your own dinner. We encourage you to create a meal with local ingredients and share your culinary creation ideas with other participants, and if you want to show up with a bag of chips, that is also fine!
