30-Minutes of Well-Being

Tuesday, March 24th at 8am

Led by Trinnie Houghton, JD of Sojourn Partners

The truth is we live with fear and the unknown all the time. We’ve learned how to survive. To think things through. To be sure have what we need. To stay healthy the best we can. This is important. We also know we must gently move out of “survival mode” to sustain our health and well-being. This means focusing on what we can control. What lights us up. What brings us joy and energy.

Living the past 10 years in a long-distance relationship has taught me so very much about being intentional, graceful, expansive and positive — notwithstanding anything – and especially in face of the unknown.

To be well with all that is emerging and unknown – and also to help maintain our human connectedness, resourcefulness and calm – please join me for “30-Minutes of Well-Being,” on Tuesday, March 24th at 8:00 am EST. We’ll run through a grounding practice, a stretching practice and build a 7-day challenge. Here’s the link to attend:  https://zoom.us/j/755686044
