Management and Leadership Series
As a manager or a supervisor, your ability to successfully guide individuals and groups greatly influences morale, productivity, turnover, and the health of the workplace. Are you needing a refresher on how to build your confidence and toolkit when it comes to leading others?
Join Adaptiva HR’s Senior Workshop Facilitator for an engaging and practical series of workshops geared towards strengthening your leadership skills. This Management & Leadership Series covers essential knowledge and tools that often are not directly developed despite advancement into supervisory roles. The workshops are interactive, with time built in for break-out sessions, large group discussions, personal reflections, and practice time for new skills.
This series is great for anyone who leads others and would like to work on specific skills, learn more about their own leadership strengths and struggles, and gain a multitude of practical tools and resources. We draw heavily from the “real world” experiences of participants, so come prepared to share your own ideas and be inspired by others in the group.
The Management and Leadership series will meet Fridays, @ 8:30-10:30 am, at The Winston Prouty Center in Brattleboro VT.
