About the Presenters:

Ben Bosley draws on his range of academic and conflict resolution experience to develop trainings that help people transform people’s thinking and harness their creative potential of conflict. Ben holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts, and a Master’s degree in Mediation & Applied Conflict Studies from Champlain College. He is a member of The New England Association of Conflict Resolution, Vermont Businesses for Social Responsibility, and The Lake Champlain Regional Chamber of Commerce.

Brian Miller is retired from the Vermont State Police after 28 years and held the rank of Lieutenant. During his career, he served as the commander of the crisis/hostage negotiation unit and commanded a major crimes unit. Mr. Miller’s last assignment with the State Police was the strategic planner. He is  a graduate of the Federal Bureau of Investigations National Academy, holds a BA in criminal justice from Westfield State College with a minor in sociology, and has a Master of Science in Mediation & Applied Conflict Studies from Champlain College
