Don’t miss our upcoming Basic Mediation Workshop. This workshop is ideal for professionals who want to be prepared to manage conflict in a positive and constructive manner. Whether you work in legal services, human resources, education, counseling or business management, mediation experience can help you to be a stronger professional and more attractive candidate. During this three-and-a-half-day workshop, May 2–5, you’ll learn and practice skills in identifying and framing issues, listening for interests and guiding the process. These skills will give you a tool set to work from and empower you to approach conflict with confidence.

In addition, the workshop has been approved by the Vermont Board of Mandatory Continuing Legal Education for 26.25 hours, and by the VT Secretary of State for 8 hours of Continuing Education for Real Estate.
