Madison joined VBSR in June of 2023 as Membership and Development Manager. Originally from Brooklyn, New York, Madison spent 8+ years at BNP Paribas in Manhattan in a variety of roles including managing graduate training programs where she developed and drove engagement with early career talent.
Madison relocated to Vermont in late 2020 to complete her Sustainable Innovation MBA (SI-MBA) from the University of Vermont – a homecoming of sorts, having previously graduated from Champlain College with a BA in Marketing. With a passion for community, sustainability, and local economic development, she can be found running around Burlington with her dog, Steve, or exploring the Mad River Valley with family.
