Carra Cheslin manages VBSR’s events and educational programming, from webinars to conferences and everything in between. Prior to her role at VBSR, Carra developed a wealth of experience in program management and design, event coordination, environmental education and organizing, and career exploration and internship programming, working for various non-profit organizations and local government agencies at the local, state, national and international levels. Some of Carra’s previous roles include Director of Engagement at Solar United Neighbors, Environmental Specialist at the DC Department of Parks and Recreation, Program Director for High School & Alumni Programs at City Kids Wilderness Project, MobilizeU Campaign Coordinator at Earth Day Network, and Education & Engagement Coordinator at SustainUS. Carra is passionate about creating meaningful programs and experiences that facilitate discovery, exploration, learning, and most importantly – fun!
