Who is eligible to be in the Buy Local Book?

Criteria for having a coupon or profile in the Buy Local Book:

- The business is privately held, not publicly traded.

- The business owners, totaling greater than 50% of the business ownership, live in Vermont.

- The business is based in Vermont and has no corporate or national headquarters outside the state. 

- The business can make independent decisions regarding the name and look of the business, as well as all business purchasing practices and distribution.

         Criteria for having a story or 1/3 page ad or being a sponsor of the Buy Local Book:         

Any business is more than welcome to have a story in or be a sponsor of the Buy Local Book. These options can be a great way to endorse the importance of supporting the local Vermont economy.
