TeleBlend - Customer Service, Technical Support and Inbound Sales Intern
Number of Openings: 2 Hours per week: 20+/- Schedule is flexible.
Start Date: ASAP Length of Internship: Minimum one semester.
Supervisor: Derek Wagar Pay: $10-$12/hr based on skills and experience plus commission.

Position Description:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Customer contact (inbound/outbound, phone/written)
• Problem solving and troubleshooting customer issues
• Inbound sales
• Order processing
• Data entry
• Fostering positive relationships with customers and vendors
Candidates should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast paced environment. Some technical troubleshooting required. Training and resources provided.
Basic understanding of the internet, home computers and hardware. Good typing skills.

TeleBlend has employed several students in the past, and currently has 3 employees who worked at TeleBlend throughout college, now employed full time.
