Sponsorship Opportunities

Looking for visibility? Sponsorships of our events highlight your company and its support of social responsibility. They also support our work, and help us expand our services.

There are a ton of sponsorship opportunities; keep scrolling down the page to see them all.

Get-Togethers

We hold 7-9 networking Get-Togethers each year throughout the state. These events are casual, and are a great way to network with other members, and connect with the VBSR staff. They're hosted by a VBSR member, and include:

• a presentation on a particular SR aspect of the host’s business,
  
• a tour,
  
• refreshments, and
  
• networking.
  

You can also look into hosting a Get-Together.

Sponsorship Details:

• Sponsor (limit of 8 per event)
  $175 inside Chittenden County
  $150 outside Chittenden County
  Includes:
  
  • 2 free passes to Get-Together;
    
  • 60 seconds to speak at event;
    
  • name with link to sponsor's web site on VBSR web site,
  • name on invite to 1000 businesses, on displays at event, in press release.

Spring Conference

With 350-375 people attending, VBSR's annual spring conference is our biggest event of the year. The day-long conference is held in Burlington, VT, and it's a great chance for the community of like-minded business people to come together, and hear the latest on innovative SR business practices. The conference showcases cutting-edge, socially responsible ideas being implemented in companies throughout Vermont and the United States. Features include:

• Two keynote speakers,
  
• 22 workshops,
• Terry Ehrich Award Dinner (held the night before),
• VBSR's Silent Auction, and
  
• Net-working lunch and post-conference party.

There are also a couple of high-visibility options that are a little different from sponsorships:

• Display Table
  $200
  Table is set-up in a high-traffic area for the duration of the conference.
  
• Silent Auction Donations
  VBSR members and others may donate products or services to the VBSR-REF Silent Auction. The Auction supports VBSR-REF’s business education programs, and gives you a chance to display your goods and/or services to conference attendees. This annual fundraiser helps us expand our programs and keep attendance fees affordable.

Fall Conference

Our annual fall conference, held in Brattleboro, VT, draws 120-150 people and gives members in southern Vermont a chance to come together and exchange knowledge and ideas. Features include:

• two keynoters,
• 4-6 workshops,
• VBSR's annual meeting,
• Legislator of the Year Award, and
  
• Networking lunch.
