Details: DREAM’s Associate Executive Director (AED) is responsible for the overall picture of internal organizational health. This position combines human resources work with internal evaluations systems and ties it to the day-to-day support and communication on which these practices draw their strength and purpose. The AED is responsible for ensuring integrated leadership development within DREAM’s Central Office that builds leadership flexibility across the organization. The AED will work with DREAM’s Executive Director and Team Leaders to set goals that will drive the organization to achieve its mission and future vision.
