Building for Social Responsibility presents Community Wind Systems Does it make more economic sense to put up a wind turbine with your neighbors? What is an estimate of cost to do this? What size turbine should we consider? What is the minimal wind speed necessary for a community wind system? Are there state regulations that prohibit such a system? BSR’s April Meeting will discuss community wind systems and the new net metering legislation to answer some of these questions. Our presenters are Andrew Perchlik of Renewable Energy Vermont, and Christa Shute from Earth Turbines. We look forward to seeing you there!
