Executive Committee

The Executive Committee meets montlhy to handle the organization’s affairs between quarterly VBSR Board meetings. The Executive Committee is established and appointed by the VBSR Board. All committee members are Board members, usually officers of the Board and certain other Board members, often including committee chairs.
